Aug 9 - Jenny Lake scenic drive and Jackson Lake beach

  In the morning, Robbie, Ann, Peter and I went on the scenic drive along Jenny Lake.  We stopped at the many scenic overlooks on the way there, to look at the breathtaking views of Mount Moran and the Grand Teton mountain peaks. The scenic drive had a final  stop at a Jenny Lake overlook.  Very pretty, with a short hiking trail along the Lake.
  In the afternoon, all of us went over to Jackson Lake, with all 4 paddle boards, and two dogs.  We spent some time pumping them all up and carting everything, including the dogs, out to a deserted part of the rocky beach.  By the time we got there, the wind had picked up significantly, and it had clouded over.  It even started drizzling.  We hung out for a bit, then packed it all up and returned to the camp.  Of course, by then, it was nice again. Campfire that night, with Samoras.
