We had an easy, wonderous travel day to our overnight campground in St. Regis, Montana. The road went through the mountain valley, followed a stream, and had pastoral ranches along the valley bottom. Beautiful views. What a way to travel.
The final leg of the day went along the Paradise/St. Regis Scenic Byway. This followed a river, right along a mountain range, through a National Forest. Very nice. I do love Montana landscapes.
The St. Regis campground that we are in for the night is quite nice. Very clean, well designed, and it has a small, but very refreshing swimming pool. It was almost 90 degrees when we arrive, so I swam for awhile, and sat by the pool in the shade and read. Relaxing. Dinner, and caught up with the Blog!
