When I first looked out of the RV this morning, there was a hot air balloon just lifting off in the valley. It is really neat to watch. Robbie, Peter, Billie Joe (the dog), and I went for an early morning walk along the lakeside trail. Great way to start the day.
Gabe had to work this morning, so we met up with Shanti's family and went on a drive through the foothills and up, around and over to the Pine Valley Ranch Park. This park has a really nice trail that goes along a raging stream. We hiked a bit and hung out a bit. Beautiful day for a walk.
In the late afternoon, we all went over to Gabe's house in Lakewood. Andrea made a great lasagna dinner, with a special one for Gabe, with all his dietary requirements. I even caught a photo of Gabe & Shanti flipping the Lacrosse ball, just like they used to do when they were teens. Very nice visit.
