Gabe took the day off work, and came over to visit. He looks really good. He's walking with a cane, generally, and is gaining strength back slowly. He actually has a cane for every occasion. We all went for a walk along the paved pathway, over to the marina. It was great to have the time to spend together.
Later, Gabe's family, and Shanti's family joined us. We hung out at the RV for a bit and even though it was spitting rain, we all went out for dinner at the V-Revolution restaurant in Englewood. It is a plant-based restaurant, and our meals were delicious. We all sat outside, and the rain did stop.
It warms my heart to be able to spend time with these much-loved people. And, to start to get to know better my Colorado grandchildren.
