Oct 12 - Hangout day in Coos Bay, Oregon

  We needed to take a day off from sightseeing, and Peter had a lot of computer work, and I needed to catch up on my travel blog, so we went in to Coos Bay, OR and found the Top Dog Coffee Cafe.  A nice little breakfast and lunch cafe that had a place for us to hang out with our computers, plugged in, even.  Really nice, since there was no cell service or internet at the State Park campground.
  We stayed there until they closed at 2 pm, and then did the laundry and grocery shopping.  On the way back to the RV, we stopped at the Sunset Bay beach and watched the sunset in this little cove.  The tide was out, so there was a lot of sandy beach, and the cove looked out at several rock outcroppings.  Very nice colors.  It's quite a treat to have great sunsets, cause you are always looking west, at the Oregon coast!
