We went back to the Brewery/Pub we stopped at for a beer yesterday and had dinner. They served a black bean hemp burger, which I had never tried before. It was quite tasty.

Oct 1 - Fairview, OR area
It turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day--no rain! We had errands to do during the day. I went back into Portland to take advantage of the grocery stores there--Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. But since it was so clear, and you could see the white snow capped Mt. Hood so strikingly against the blue sky, we decided to go back over to the Portland Women's Forum Overlook and the Vista Overlook. By the time we got there, it was sunset. And the view towards the west, looking out over the Columbia River, as the sun set was striking.
