We wanted to continue exploring the area, as we have been doing with day trips for the last year and a half. So we found a nearby lake and just went driving around, trying to find a place to hike. We found a little trail, but it ended in the Boy Scout camp's land, which continued on around the lake, and Peter didn't want to trespass (maybe Evie did). Short hike, but interesting. Found a huge fungus, which we have also noticed on our regular walks around the condo "block".
I am posting a photo of the view from the road that goes by our condo, through the neighboring golf course. Pretty.
We also went back to Buffamville Lake and did the walk around the east side of the lake to the beach again, since it is such a nice hike.
