Feb 7 - Temecula, CA

We had made an appointment with the Mercedes Benz dealer of Temecula to service our RV --change the oil, refill the fluids, change the filters, check the brakes, etc.  The dealership is one of the largest I have seen, and one of the spiffiest, high-class dealerships I have seen.  We left the RV there and went over to nearby Harveston Lake Park.  Both Temecula and Menefee are filled with new subdivisions and huge shopping areas.  Apparently, many of the citizens commute into the LA area for work--a long drive, but more affordable housing.  With the size of the Mercedes dealer, there must be plenty of well paid folks around.
Harveston Park has a man-made lake, surrounded by a nice, large walkway and picnic benches.  Surrounded by big homes.  We walked the circumference of the lake, sat and watched the ducks, geese and other waterfowl I don't know the names of.
Hung out for a while more at the dealer, in their posh setting, and returned to the RV campgrounds.
