Apr 11 - Day off at Lake Gaston, Littleton, NC

We spent a very pleasant last day here at Lake Gaston.  I did laundry in the morning, at the campgrounds laundry facility, reading down by the lake, while waiting for the clothes to do their thing.  We ate lunch outside, and then went for a hike around the campgrounds, and along the lake. 
  Peter hung out with his computer, and I hung out down at the lake.  I took my travel books with me, and started doing some research on what we might want to see going west this summer.  Dinner, then back to the lake to experience the sunset, again.  Each time is different.
